Inspectors check important stages such as rubber compound testing, EP fabric inspection, calendering, forming, vulcanization, dimensional measurement, and final inspection before packing.

Through experienced staff, standard operating procedures, and laboratory testing, we monitor belt surface condition, width, thickness, abrasion resistance, adhesion strength, tensile strength, and specification consistency. Products can be manufactured with reference to DIN, RMA, ISO, and other applicable standards according to customer requirements.

Our Quality Control Process
