The 4-roller calender process helps apply rubber evenly on both sides of the fabric. Consistent calendering supports better bonding and helps reduce strength loss during production.

During belt forming, ply tension and alignment are controlled to help avoid fabric wrinkles, uneven belt core thickness, and internal structural problems that may affect later performance.
